Excellent service from EPG Domestic in replacing my old Potterton oil boiler with a new external Grant Vortex Eco, including a smart thermostat. Geoff has been available from the initial quote phase until the end of the job, providing clear and useful recommendations on which boiler to choose, interior vs exterior, etc., all with seriousness and expertise. Excellent and very professional job, would definitely recommend!
I returned from holiday to find a strong smell of oil in the house. I found Geoff's details as a registered service provider for the boiler brand we had installed. A quick call to Geoff and he was able to come the following day. Geoff quickly found and fixed the issue and serviced the boiler at the same time. Problem solved!
